Mission statement

The Journal of Ayurveda Academia (JAA) is dedicated to fostering collaboration and communication among scholars, practitioners, and researchers worldwide. By promoting the integration of Ayurveda and allied sciences into global healthcare, JAA provides a platform for advancing scientific and intellectual dialogue.

We encourage studies on the biological effects of Ayurvedic medicine, along with its pharmacological and physiological applications. The journal invites innovative contributions that focus on developing new protocols, establishing reporting standards, refining processes and methodologies, enhancing pharmaceutics and quality control, and exploring clinical practices and tools for healthcare integration.

Through these initiatives, JAA seeks to bridge traditional wisdom with modern science, contributing to the global recognition and adoption of Ayurveda in contemporary health systems.

JAA is an open access journal. This journal provides immediate open access to its content for global exchange of knowledge in Ayurveda.

Articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial-ShareAlike 4.0 License, which allows others to remix, tweak, and build upon the work non-commercially, as long as appropriate credit is given and the new creations are licensed under the identical terms.

Ahead of Print Policy

Articles published online under the Ahead of Print model are considered published and can be cited and quoted using the DOI as the reference source. JAA has a policy that changes will not be made after publication of an article without following accepted procedures for making corrections to the scientific record.
